苏州名人邹思湘介绍

南京农业大学动物医学院基础兽医系教授

邹思湘,男,苏州人。曾在美国伊利诺依大学乳业科学系、动物科学系以及澳洲悉尼大学兽医学院进行访问研究。

邹思湘人物经历

1968年毕业于南京大学生物化学专业、现任南京农业大学动物医学院基础兽医系教授、博士生导师,1999-2005年曾担任动物医学院院长。

邹思湘补充介绍

  邹思湘(1946—)江苏苏州人,教授,动物生物化学,1968年南京大学本科毕业,1985—1986,1989—1991,美国伊利诺伊大学,1980年始在南京农学院兽医系任动物生化教师,1982年定为讲师,1988年聘为副教授,硕士生导师,1992年聘为教授。

  1985—1986,1989—1991两度赴美国利诺伊大学牧业科学系和动物科学系在国际著名泌乳生物化学家布鲁斯、拉森实验室进行访问研究并在国内结合国情开展相应的工作。主要研究方向为乳腺的合成、分泌和转移机制以及特异乳蛋白的功能研究,特别在免疫球蛋白在奶牛乳腺中的转运,乳铁蛋白、乳过氧化物酶的抗菌作用以及中国太湖猪的泌乳生理生化研究方面取得突出成绩,受到国内外同行的高度评价,填补了我国在这一领域里的空白。近年来在国内外核心杂志发表十多篇论文,主要有:“奶牛干奶期乳腺中IgG1,IgA和SC的转运研究”(英);“乳铁蛋白与溶菌酶的肝素结合特性”(英);“奶牛中乳- 酶的体外活化与抗菌效应”(中);“中国梅山猪与美国猪种奶和奶的组成的比较研究”(英)等。
